This product is called maori bergschaf wool. This is a short fibre so it would be difficult to use for spinning.
This is a combination of maori 70% and bergschaf 30%. It is ideal for wet felting and needle felting. It is a coarser fibre but makes great hats, purses and slippers.
It is 28 microns and it is perfect to make 3D sculptures. It is possible to decorate a sculpture with any combination of wool fibre to make a surface design.
